Fall Conference 2010 - Way Down in River City

Our Fall Conference will be held at the Mankato City Center Hotel, located at 101 East Main Street, in beautiful Mankato, Minnesota on Friday and Saturday, October 22 & 23, 2010. Come cheer on our Divisional speech contest winners as they compete in Humorous Speech & Table Topics Contests, enjoy educational sessions, and socialize with your Toastmasters friends.

Please visit the registration page for more information on registration as well as lodging reservation information. This fall you can purchase a Total Conference Package for $100! This is the best deal as it includes all meals and access to all events during the conference! (Lodging not included.) Ala carte offerings available as well.

Fall Conference Call for Presenters

If you have a presentation that you feel has an appeal to Toastmasters, we would like to hear from you! Educational sessions will take place both morning and afternoon on Saturday, October 23. Please complete the Presenter Application below (both Word and PDF versions are available) and return no later than Friday, September 17, 2010. Proposals MUST be submitted using the format on the second page of the application (can use additional sheets, if necessary.) All sections must be completed for your proposal to be considered. Questions and completed forms should be directed to Catherine Rai Cardenuto, Lt. Governor of Education and Training. Contact information is listed on the application.

Welcome Newest Clubs!

District 6 would like to thank everyone who has helped in any way with forming our newest clubs. Growing as a District is what will help us continue being successful and Distinguished. Is your club listed here? Be sure and get a club website set up so you can grow your club as well! If you have an idea or lead for a new club or want to help others as they charter, please contact Lt. Governor Marketing Dru Jorgensen using the Contact form. By working together we can share the great things Toastmasters International has to offer with everyone.
