The 78th Annual International Convention was held August 12-15, 2009 in Mashantucket Ct. Several District 6 representatives heard great speakers, attended educational sessions, and witnessed the speech contest. Mark Hunter won the World Championship of Public Speaking. Mark's speech is included in this article.
