TELI - Toastmasters Education & Leadership Institute

Carol Duling, 2010-2011 TELI Chair

Thank you to all who made our July TELI a great success!

Toastmasters Education and Leadership Institute (TELI) on July 17 featured nine wonderful presentations around the theme of Homegrown Leadership, in addition to high-quality officer training. Following the sessions we had a fantastic luncheon where several awards were presented honoring those who Dared to be Distinguished in 2009-2010. The District 6 Toastmaster of the Year award was presented to Ravi Rai. The District 6 Area Governor of the Year went to Kim Windingland (Area 63, Prairie Division) and the District 6 Division Governor of the Year was awarded to to Linda Larson (Southern Division.) Following the awards luncheon, the afternoon was capped off with Roger Revak practicing his speeches he will take to the International Convention next month. Stop by and check out the pictures on Flickr!
