Booking Hotel Room: For guestroom accommodations, we can offer group rates of $154 for King Suites and $174 for Two Queen Suites as part of a courtesy room block. You will have until three weeks prior to check-in to secure a room at the group rate.

  • Full Day *Early Bird Pricing through March 13th* – $140
    • Includes: all speaker presentations, educational sessions, silent auction, lunch,  dinner,  Tall Tales & International contests.
  •  Full Day *If purchased March 14th or later* – $160
    • Includes: all speaker presentations, educational sessions, silent auction, , Tall Tales & International contests.
    • Evening Only Dinner/Speech Contests Only – $75
      •  Includes: dinner, silent auction, Tall Tales & International contests.
    Day-Only: Includes keynote speaker, educational sessions, C& L Recipient  and Lunch – $85  (Option: can be paired with a dinner only ticket to equal an all-day ticket)
    •  Includes: dinner, silent auction, Tall Tales & International contests.
  • Food Information:

    Lunch  Options (full-day tickets only):
      • Turkey Croissant – Mixed Greens, Tomato, Provolone Cheese, Cranberry Mayonnaise.
      • Chicken Salad – Croissant with Lettuce and Tomato
      • Bruschetta White Bean Wrap – White Beans, Spinach, Bruschetta Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Mozzarella Cheese on a Gluten Free Wrap
Dinner  Options:
      • Champagne Chicken – Pan seared chicken breast with roasted grapes and leeks in a light cream sauce.
      • Grilled Salmon – Teriyaki glaze and pineapple salsa.
      • Chateau Steak & Mushrooms – Chateau-cut angus beef sirloin, charbroiled medium, with red wine-broiled button mushrooms.
      • Vegetable Wellington (Vegetarian Option) – Roasted Spring medley wrapped in puff pastry, fried spinach, basil Pomodoro, olive oil and balsamic drizzle.
