District Council
DISTRICT COUNCIL AUTHORITY
The District Council is comprised of the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, Immediate Past District Director, Division Directors, Area Directors and Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education of each club in the District. The District Council conducts all business of the District, assumes responsibility for the payment of all debts incurred in the presentation of District Council meetings and other District functions, and does not assess or impose any financial obligation on any club or member of a club.
