Spring Membership Renewals are Due March 31st

Paying dues may seem more difficult in your club because of not having face-to-face meetings. There are options for you and your treasurer.

  • Club Officers may pay online within Club Central.
  • Members may send a check to your treasurer for the amount due to Toastmasters International and a separate check if there are any Club dues that are to be collected.
  • Notices and payments can be tracked by your Free Toast Host Club Website. The Treasurer may want to consider learning that method of communication and collection.
  • Below are 3 online payment options for your club to explore.

I would encourage your clubs, if you have not already done so, to explore online payment options such as PayPal, Square and Zelle. Below are listed the websites for these three online options.

They secure online payment options and would allow members to make payments that would be directly deposited into the club bank account.

Some have mentioned having difficulty using the PayPal option without a fee. Toastmasters is a nonprofit organization.

PayPal works without a fee if you are paying using your bank account to the club’s bank account. If you use a credit or debit card, there would be a small fee charged.

When you pay your club dues for a minimum of 8 members (including 3 renewing) on time, you will earn your DCP credit! You can make it happen!

Setting up a PayPal account for a Toastmasters Club is pretty easy. If people send money to the club as a friend, there is no fee. If they send it as payment, there is a small fee. It is the member’s choice.
