Advanced: This training session will review the updated Pathways learning management system, review the leadership roles in running a club Speech Contest and how to be a successful candidate.

Officer breakouts will go deeper into the functions of the role. A session on growing your membership will review the basics you need to know to make a successful “ask” and will include breakouts on:

1.Building Your Brand: Club Success Plan and club brand fulfillment
2.Retaining members and building member leadership skills
3.Corporate Clubs Support
4.Low Member Clubs: coaching your own club, transition leadership to new members, addressing burn-out
5.Moments of Truth Utilization: a tool to launch club projects and events
6. Speechcraft: How and why to host a speechcraft
