Fellow Toastmasters, I acknowledge and appreciate all your contributions to the learning success of yourselves and your fellow members.  I again send gratitude to the leaders who gave me opportunities to speak on Pathways topics at their clubs: Rochester Suburban, Purple Presenters, Riverbluffers, and Hudson Rise ‘n Shine.

To support your continued success as you finish the 2024-25 Toastmasters program year and prepare for 2025-26, I encourage you to contact me at  lubinski3nm@yahoo.com, tm.paul.lubinski@gmail.com, or 317-224-7950 to schedule some “office hours” and/or a club visit.  I would be pleased to collaborate with you on matters like the following:

  • Pathways-related tasks for members and officers to complete in the remainder of this program year
  • Pathways-related questions from your prospective or newly-elected 2025-26 club officers.
  • Reviewing your recent and upcoming meeting agendas and role assignment schedules to help each member leverage the learning experience and receive well-deserved credit for all their dedication.
  • Ideas for speech topics and projects to align with members’ interests, passions, goals, and activities they are already doing anyway! I feel privileged to have learned many ideas from our members, ideas worth sharing.  Examples include practicing for events like business presentations and award ceremonies.  Shout-out to Mayo Hi-Nooners for their recent efforts to support members in this way.

I wish everyone continued success in our mutual learning journey.

Paul Lubinski, DTM
