Fellow Toastmasters, my name is Marvel Kummer, and I am the District 6 Pathways Chair with Team Members, Brian Hinton, DTM and Paul Lubinski, DTM. Together we have the goal of being available for the following:

• To do a presentation on any topic regarding the Pathways Educational Program for any Club in the District,
• To put on a special event for any Area or Division,
• To be available to any member in District 6 to coach or mentor, and
• To update the District 6 website with new information about the Pathways Program.

Pathways Information Night

In 2024 Toastmasters International will be updating the Pathways Program.

• Switching to LMS – Learning Management System for Mobile Access.
• Automatic to Club Central once the Base Camp Manager has validated the Pathways Level.
• Learning accomplishments can be shared on social media by a single click.
• Being able to explore how you learn with a target for inclusive leadership is available online.
• The Pathways Program will begin with only 6 Paths to start:
  • Presentation Mastery
  • Dynamic Leadership
  • Engaging Humor
  • Motivational Strategies
  • Visionary Communication,
  • Persuasive Influence. 

If you are working on another Path, you will be able to finish it and receive credit.

• These languages will be offered in the new Program:  English, Spanish, German, French, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic.
