As the air turns crisp and the holidays draw near, we’re reminded that every season holds potential. Just as winter soil quietly nurtures the seeds of spring, our efforts today—coaching, connecting, and cultivating—are preparing clubs to bloom in the months ahead.

Can you believe it’s already November? The holiday season is just around the corner, and time seems to be flying faster than ever.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Dan Arbuckle, DTM, our 2025–2026 Region 3 Advisor, whose region includes Districts 6, 42, 55, 64, 99, and 106. His visit was a vibrant blend of connection and celebration—he joined a few D6 club meetings, attended the charter party of a new D106 club, and participated in our District 6 DEC/DOT sessions. To round out the experience, we shared a bit of local culture with a visit to the American Swedish Institute.

Meanwhile, our dedicated team—Retention Chair, Extension Chair, and Club Coach—continues working diligently to support club vitality. Whether rejuvenating existing clubs or nurturing new leads, we’re committed to helping our members thrive.

We Need Club Coaches—Your Leadership Can Make a Difference!

Do you have the time, heart, and bandwidth to support a Toastmasters club in need? We’re actively seeking Club Coaches to help clubs rebuild membership, regain momentum, and return to active status.

If you’re ready to empower others and make a lasting impact, visit D6tm.org. Under the Programs tab, click on Club Growth to submit an application to become a Club Coach.

Club Officers—if your club could benefit from a coach, you can request one in the same spot. Just fill out the application and we’ll work to match you with a supportive leader.

As we enter this season of giving and growth, thank you for planting seeds of support, leadership, and connection. May your efforts continue to blossom—within your clubs, your community, and yourself. Take time to pause, recharge and care for yourself, so you can keep inspiring others to grow.

Deb Ndekwe, DTM
