Club Seeking Club Coach
Position Description:
Could your club benefit from a fresh set of eyes to assist the club and its members grow and flourish?
If yes, please consider inviting a fellow Toastmaster to serve as a club coach to help you meet your goals. A club coach is an experienced Toastmaster who coaches a low member club (no more than 12 paid members) to rebuild membership and rejuvenate the club environment.
A club can have up to two club coaches at one time. The goal of a coach is to help the club achieve recognition in the Distinguished Club Program. Serving as a successful club coach counts toward completion of the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) requirements. It’s a win-win situation. The club receives guidance and support and the club coach has the honor of serving their fellow Toastmasters and strengthening their leadership skills. Please note, an existing member of a club cannot serve as their club’s coach. The club coach must come from another club. The coach can join your club after their club coach assignment has been confirmed with Toastmasters International.
