Thank you and Congratulations!

We have gone through quite a bit together since the beginning of this Toastmasters year in June of 2020. As individuals trying to better our communication and leadership skills, I want to thank you for your time and energy you have put into your personal development. Thank you for giving Toastmasters a chance to be a part of your development journey. Congratulations on achieving all that you have with your hard work and dedication as Toastmasters being the resource of it.

We have had a virtual year of connecting, speech contests and events. Thank you for your creativity and willingness to try out innovative ways in making things happen. Thank you for seeing challenges as opportunities to foster creativity and still move forward together. Working Together – Celebrating Excellence has been our District Theme for this 2020 – 2021 Toastmaster Year. Having reached our eleventh month with the twelfth still to go, I feel all that we have accomplished has been possible because of you. Thank you for being a Toastmaster and believing in the value the organization has provided you.

Thank you to the club officers who took on the club leadership roles to ensure you were supporting the growth of our club members. Thank you for taking the time to ensure you attended club officer training to make sure you learnt how to navigate around assisting club members grow in their own development. Thank you for being an advocate of Toastmasters and utilizing the opportunity to practice leadership and communication skills.

Thank you to our district leaders who volunteered outside of their clubs and made an impact in the lives of all in our District. I appreciate the chairs for doing all that they did with the attitude to serve the members. Our Webmaster, District Trainers, TLI chair, Technology Chair, Speakers Bureau Chair, Proxy Chair, Photographer, Pathways Chair, Parliamentarian, Newsletter Editor, District Leadership Committee Chair and the committee members, Historian, District Chief Judge, Credentials Chair, Conference Chair, Club Extension Chair, Club Coach Chair, Audit Chair and the audit committee members and Alignment Chair – Thank you for taking the lead in your respective areas in creating awareness about the program and supporting anyone who reached out when in times of need. We are here because of you.

Thank you to our Area Directors, Division Directors, Logistics Manager, Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Public Relations Manager, Immediate past District Director, Club Growth Director and Program Quality Director. You being a strong representative of the District has been much appreciated. You have been a great role model in leading and setting up the stage for the next line of leadership in how we can be even better. Tomorrow is only going to get better.

Congratulations to our incoming leadership team for being elected and appointed to your new roles. We will look up to you to lead and guide our District to being even better. We still have opportunity for anyone willing to step into the district leadership roles.
