I am honored to be the District 6 Club Growth Director this Toastmasters year.  

Growth starts with purpose. As your Club Growth Director, I see firsthand how each new member, club, and mentor play a vital role in strengthening our District and empowering individuals to thrive.

This year, our focus will be to support, strengthen, and expand. My team consists of:

Deb Miller, Extension Chair

This team is supporting clubs through the Club Coach program which gives struggling clubs the tools and guidance they need to thrive again. We are strengthening member retention by encouraging clubs to create engaging and welcoming meetings that inspire growth. We are expanding by working with organizations and communities to start new clubs that reflect our shared values.

But none of this can happen without you.

You are the key to our success. When you invite a guest, mentor a member, or volunteer as a Club Sponsor, Mentor, or Coach, you are shaping the future of our District. Your leadership, energy, and example are what drive lasting impact.
