A new Toastmasters year is here—and with it, a fresh opportunity to lead with intention, serve with heart, and grow alongside fellow members. Whether you’re stepping into a new role or continuing your journey, this is your moment to make a meaningful impact.

Momentum is building – Our Extension Lead, Deb Miller, is chasing down exciting new club opportunities!
Do you like to build?  Have we got an opportunity for you!

Help build new and strong clubs.  We have several groups wishing to start new clubs and need your expertise to do so.

New clubs are not the only beneficiaries of the mentoring relationship. A mentor is responsible for:
        Sharing their expertise
Developing their capacity to translate values and strategies into productive actions
Proving themselves as a valuable leader
Investing in the future of Toastmasters
        Obtaining fresh perspectives
        Building teamwork skills
Applying leadership skills in new situations
Earning credit toward the Distinguished Toastmaster award

Support is on the way—our Retention Chair, Mandy, and our Club Coach Chair, Pat, are working to connect clubs in need with dedicated coaches.

Time to Renew Your Club Dues
As fall approaches, it is time to ensure your Toastmasters membership stays active. To maintain access to Pathways and all club benefits, please submit your dues by September 30.

You have two options for payment:
    1.    Self-pay via Toastmasters.org
    2.    Submit directly to your Club Treasurer

🔍 Not sure if your club uses self-pay? Reach out to your Club Treasurer for confirmation.
💡 Important: If your Club collects additional club dues, those must be paid directly to the Treasurer as they cannot be submitted through the self-pay system.

We need YOU to Step Up as a Club Coach – Your Leadership Can Spark Transformation!

Club Coaches play a vital role in helping clubs rebuild, reenergize, and thrive. As we begin the 2025–26 Toastmasters year, now is the perfect time to make a meaningful impact.

Whether you are a seasoned leader or looking to grow your skills, coaching a Club offers a unique opportunity to inspire others, strengthens your leadership, and contributes to the success of our Toastmasters community.

    A successful club coach will:
  • Build rapport with club officers and members
  • Instill enthusiasm, camaraderie, and structure within the club
  • Assess the club environment and recommend best practices for success
  • Work with club officers to develop a Club Success Plan
  • Motivate the club to strive for Distinguished Club Program (DCP) recognition
Coaches who help clubs achieve Distinguished status (or higher) in the Distinguished Club Program will receive credit in the
education program and a digital certificate of accomplishment.

If you have additional questions about the Club Coach Program, please email clubcoach@toastmasters.or

Let’s build vibrant clubs, support one another, and inspire the kind of transformation that Toastmasters is known for. Together, we rise.
