The three hour Club Officer Training includes the below sessions:

Creating a Quality Club – Member experience, Toastmasters brand, Moments of Truth, and the Distinguished Club Program.

Leading the Club to Success – Motivation, delegation, coaching, SMART goals, and building your Club Success Plan.

Quality Club Meetings – Shared understanding of what “quality” looks like and strategies to deliver consistently strong meetings.
