We all take on the mantle of Toastmaster for different reasons.  Our aspirations, dreams and goals differ but we all travel a common path.  Our Pathways projects provide the opportunity to stretch our boundaries. When we fill meeting roles, give speeches and provide feedback, we are not only working toward our goals, but we are aiding our fellow Toastmasters in doing the same.

We have a few months to wrap up our current education goals and round out the Toastmasters year strong.  As you achieve your successes, take the time to allow your fellow Toastmasters to celebrate with you and help them celebrate theirs.

As we as individuals achieve our goals, and our club officers complete their duties to our clubs, our clubs become stronger.  Stronger, more vibrant clubs make it easier for us to achieve our goals, and they stand as an example of the value of Toastmasters to others.

A measure of a strong club and of our individual achievements is our success in the Distinguished Club Program.  We don’t even need to focus on the program.  When we complete our Pathways education goals.  When our club officers complete their duties.  When our meetings are events people want to join.  Both we and our clubs became distinguished.

I have a few final projects scheduled with my Vice President Education that will allow me to end the Toastmasters Year on a high note.  I hope you will do the same.
