September has TWO must-do club deadlines for your club officers:

- Register TODAY! To ensure your club is counted in the district quorum.
- Progress over Perfection: register today and then do your best to join us online to vote Saturday, September 20th at 9 am CST
As of this writing 35 have registered and we need over 64 registered Presidents and VPEs to reach our quorum. We are checking credentials and verifying registrations daily.
2) Every Club must submit the Club Success Plan before September ends
(by or before Sept 30 2025)
It is not hard. The Club Success Plan was improved and updated. It is a shorter and simpler online form.
There are just four required sections now with a few questions in each section. It is a “living document” so you can update and edit it any time for the whole year. Get it done today!

If you don’t submit your Club Success Plan, your Club cannot be a Distinguished Club this year.
